Should you opt for a Zoom appointment, you will receive a separate email for the link to your appointment. Here you will be presented with your Personalized Plan. We will collaborate on the approach to integrate your recommendations into your life in sustainable ways, and address any questions you may have. The cost of this session is included in the Initial Consultation.
