My Approach

I will develop your personal plan which includes diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations that are tailored to supporting your goals or main areas of concerns. 

Common areas I focus on are: 

  • Digestion

  • Immune function 

  • Mood

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Weight loss

  • Fatigue

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Inflammation

     

Before your first appointment you will receive an email containing intake forms. These forms along with your 5 day food diary are important parts of ensuring you get the best support.

 

Your personal plan will be developed and delivered to you in 2 steps: 

Step 1| Initial Consultation | we will go over your forms thoroughly and have the opportunity to discuss any details needed to help develop your plan.

 

Step 2 | Integration Session | you will be presented your personal plan, and we will talk about the way to implement your recommendations into your lifestyle in ways that are realistic, and sustainable.

Hello! I am Samantha, a Holistic Nutritionist residing in Vancouver, BC. My passion for wellness stemmed from my journey through cancer, where I saw the many sides of illness and the intricacies of the healing process. After finishing treatment, I wanted so badly to "be healthy" but had no idea where to start. Through my studies of Natural Nutrition, I learned the importance of a holistic approach to wellness. The state of our mind, body & spirit can play a large role in terms of how we function, and how well we feel.

 

Focusing on a whole-person approach, I develop nutritional and lifestyle plans in a way that promotes meaningful and sustainable changes. Whether you are looking for nutritional support for a specific condition, or are looking to focus on your overall well-being, I am dedicated to providing you with tools to help you cultivate your vitality.
